Hi, I’m Rio — founder of OWNFORM, based in Nottingham, UK.

OWNFORM started as a question I couldn’t answer anymore:

What is my style now?

After a few intense years of rebuilding my life and reconnecting with what actually matters to me, I reached a point where I wanted my clothes to reflect that change. Not who I used to be — but who I am now.

The problem was, nothing felt right.

High street brands felt disposable. Online orders looked good on screen but were a massive fail once they landed on my doorstep. It all felt fast, forgettable, cheap and disconnected from who I was trying to be.

So I decided to create something! Something different, something empowering but not loud. 

OWNFORM is built on the idea that what you wear should feel considered — not cluttered, not trend-driven, and not random.

That’s why every decision I made behind the brand matters:

• Natural materials like cotton
• Water-based inks for printing
• UK-based production to reduce unnecessary shipping
• Fully recyclable packaging no unnecessary plastic

I didn't want it to be about chasing trends or producing more for the sake of it. It’s about creating pieces you actually want to keep — garments that stay in your wardrobe, not end up in landfill.

OWNFORM is, at its core, about identity and confidence.
