RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the issue
- A short description
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to get a different size or item is to:
- Request a return
- Place a new order
Return Process

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- Returns must be approved before being sent
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact returns@ownformuk.com
